We want to make sure your rare and exotic plants arrive safely and securely. Here is a simple breakdown of how our shipping and local pickup options work.
100% Free
Live in the Vancouver area? Skip the shipping fees entirely by collecting your plants in person. Once your order is placed, we will email you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
5-10 DAYS
Used for orders that only contain Plant Accessories. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
1 - 2 Days
Required for live plants and mixed orders to minimize transit stress and help plants arrive safely.
Extra-large or highly mature plants require special oversized boxing and handling. A flat XL surcharge will automatically be applied to any oversized item in your cart to ensure safe transit.

Plants are generally not held unless weather conditions make shipping unsafe.
If you have special circumstances or need a short hold, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please understand that live plants may experience some stress during shipping, including yellowing leaves, cosmetic damage, bent stems, or minor imperfections. These are normal risks associated with transporting live plants.
We always ensure that every plant is healthy and in great condition before shipping, and each order is packed carefully with love and attention to help it arrive safely.
During colder months, insulation and heat packs may be added when necessary. However, we cannot guarantee plants will arrive without cold damage during extreme weather conditions. Customers purchase at their own risk when shipping during severe weather.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video and/or taking clear photos immediately after opening your package. This helps us assist you more efficiently should any shipping issues arise.
