Data Deletion Instructions

Submit your request

Email tropical.ddreams@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Tropical Daydreams account. Use the subject Tropical Daydreams Data Deletion Request and state that you want your account and associated personal information deleted.

Verify account ownership

We will reply to the account email with a verification step. Do not send your password, payment card number, social media password, or government identification. We may ask for limited order information only when needed to distinguish accounts or protect against an unauthorized deletion request.

What we delete

• Your Tropical Daydreams customer profile and saved delivery addresses.
• The connection between your account and Facebook, Google, or Microsoft sign-in identifiers.
• Authentication records that are no longer required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
• Other account information that is not required to complete an active order or meet a legal obligation.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited order, payment-reference, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and auction-integrity records when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers and the business. We do not store full payment card numbers. Retained records will be limited, access restricted, and de-identified where practical.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge verified requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless an active transaction, legal requirement, security investigation, or technical backup cycle requires additional time. We will confirm completion by email or explain any information that must be retained.

Facebook settings

Removing Tropical Daydreams from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings stops future Facebook authorization, but it does not by itself delete your Tropical Daydreams account. Complete the request process above so we can delete the information held by Tropical Daydreams.
